Application

◆ RXX ZDEC is a widely used ultra fast accelerator for NR latex based compounds and also finds applications as primary or secondary accelerator in most dry rubber based sulphur cured compounds.

◆ RXX ZDEC is very active at temperatures above 100℃. As a primary accelerator in NR dry rubber based compounds. RXX ZDEC exhibits scorching tendency, faster cure rate, higher cross link density but poor reversion resistance. However, RXX ZDEC does not affect the stability of NR latex based compounds.

◆ General dosage: 0.5—1 phr.

Application Notes

Use

ZDEC-80 is a ultra-accelerator for natural rubber and synthetic rubber.In case of blooming,it always use together with other dithiocarbamates and keep the dosage under 1 phr.It can act as activator in rubber compounds based on IIR and obviously decrease the curing time
